Alla Alexis Shrager, D.M.D.

Originally from Russia, Dr. Alexis Shrager relocated to Jacksonville, Florida in her teenage years, cultivating her passion for orthodontics through her own early orthodontic treatment. Her journey led her to excel in the field, achieving remarkable accomplishments.

Dr. Shrager embarked on her orthodontic path by completing the Accelerated Early Dental Admission program with the University of Florida and University of North Florida. Her dedication culminated in a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine in 2003, where she distinguished herself with awards and a top-class ranking. Her commitment to excellence was evident as the youngest graduate among her dental peers.

Continuing her pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Shrager undertook a residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, earning a Certificate of Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in 2006. This intensive hospital-based program equipped her with advanced skills in managing complex orthognathic, surgical, and Cleft Lip and Palate cases.

Notably, Dr. Shrager maintains her status as a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, showcasing her unwavering commitment to professional excellence. Her specialization in intricate, multidisciplinary, surgical, and cosmetic cases reflects her comprehensive training.
